Review on Implementation of Automatic Packing Machine System based on PLC

Abstract
Commodity packaging machinery goods are diverse in the commodity business; the shape, nature, and packaging needs of the commodity are distinct, and the output is vast. Designing a commodity packaging machine control system should address the pressing demands of domestic commodities firms for all types of automatic packaging machines. Various efforts by researchers to automate packaging processes have been studied in this work. The study also reviewed the implementation of automatic packaging machines based on PLC. The automatic packaging machine framework was discussed and the procedures in the design of these machines have also been discussed. Finally, the gains and challenges of the implementation of this process have been enumerated. It is believed that a wide adaptation of this process for packaging processes will result in an improvement of overall efficiency of the packaging systems.
